Jill Holland is a fourth-generation volunteer firefighter and dedicated advocate for first responder health and wellness. As a National Board Certified Registered Occupational Therapist and Certified Trauma Provider, Jill specializes in mental health and wellness, focusing on improving the lives of those who serve our communities.
Jill serves as a Fire Commissioner for the Kauneonga Lake Fire District and is a Regional Director for the Association of Fire Districts of New York (AFDSNY). She chairs the FASNY Behavioral Health & Wellness Committee, where she leads initiatives that promote mental health awareness within the fire service. Jill is also a founding member of the Sullivan County Recruitment & Retention Task Force (Join Sullivan Fire) and a Master Trainer with the QPR Institute, providing national programs that focus on first responder health.
When not working, Jill enjoys spending time outdoors with her family in Sullivan County, NY.
