Preserving Our History While Flavoring Our Future

Most people are not ready for the rate or type of change that we are experiencing, what we are about to see from the change, much less focused on preserving our history or focusing on the future.  We are standing on the shoulders of giants, leaders, instructors, innovators and pioneers of our craft that built the foundations we stand and operate on today.  But, Many times we fail to preserve that knowledge, historystories and memories associated to those giants.  We, at that point, have failed to preserve our history.  This eye-opening program will focus on the fact we have a strong history in the fire service that we must not only learn from but preserve where we have been as those lessons are priceless.  Not only do we need to focus on the preserving of our past but we need to focus on and navigate tough changes along with investing inand flavoring our future generations of fire service personnel.  I am sure that most have heard the deafening phrase, " Iam not sure what we are going to do with this next generation".  This phrase has been utilized since the Socrates time period.  You will not want to miss this dynamic high impact programthat will set the tone for how you will navigate bodly where noone has gone before, focusing on the challenges we face, what the next generationbrings to the craft and the future all while preserving our precious past.
